厦门华纶印染有限公司位于厦门市集美区杏前路30号，紧邻319国道和鹰厦线，地处园博会附近，距离厦门机场和海运码头10公里，交通十分便利。公司占地10万平方米，公司为省、市级花园式工厂。

    公司成立于1992年11月原属国营企业，2005年9月股权改制。现股东为：福建众和股份有限公司和厦门来尔富有限责任公司。众和股份有限公司于今年9月份在深交所挂牌上市. 　
 
    本公司生产及棉系列及化纤混纺机织物的印染、整理产品，是福建省大型印染企业之一。今年荣获厦门市民营企业50强。本公司年产5000万米中、高档印染布，包括纯棉、涤棉、麻、麻混纺、粘胶混纺、锦棉交织、天丝、莫代尔等服装面料。产品约60%以上出口，远销美国、欧州、日本、香港等国家和地区，是香港、国内名牌服装企业的印染生产基地。公司拥有五条轧染染色、三条圆网印花生产线，另有多台电脑大巻装染色卷染机，进口多台德国KUSTER均匀轧车和轧光机、美国MORRISON和德国MONFORTS预缩机、韩国日星SUN定型机、意大利MARIO　CROSTA抓毛剪毛联合生产线、荷兰STORK自动配浆系统等。　　　

    我公司拥有国内先进的电脑制版系统，以及经验丰富制版人员，可满足本公司高档印花布生产的需要，同时对外承接制版业务。　
 
    近年来，我公司共开发几百项印染新产品，多项工艺技术处于国内领先或先进水平。本企业既能生产高支高密府绸和斜纹布，又能生产粗厚的牛仔布、帆布、灯心绒等织物，以及弹力布、绒布和工业用布，印花类服装、家纺用布等品种，产品质量好。　　
    --- 棉系列弹力印染织物是我公司近年开发成功的拳头产品，形成斜纹、府绸和灯芯绒等系列，在国内有较大优势，在香港和广东有较高知名度。该产品被国家印染行业协会专家评为“国内先进水平”。　

    --- 纯棉磨毛面料采用意大利CARU磨毛机和CROSTA陶瓷刷毛机，绒毛浓密，毛长均匀，根据客户需要可长可短。由于我公司对该品种的质量优势，被国家印染行业协会专家评为“国内领先水平”。　

    --- 纯棉斜纹、平纹和直条色布颜色均匀、光泽度好、边中色差小、对色准确、缩水率小，在石狮和广东纯棉面料市场占有绝对优势，用“三角梅”牌纯棉面料生产的高级免烫休闲西裤、衬衣和夹克类服装遍及全国各大商场。荣获“2003春夏中国流行面料入围企业”　

    --- 我公司生产的服装花布套色多，印制精细，采用活性和防拔染技术，深得香港、美国客户好评，产品以出口为主。“飘叶花”、“.褐底郁金香”印花面料被中国印染行业协会印花专业委员评为2005/06年度中国优秀印花面料。　

    --- 抓绒剪绒布采用意大利MARIO　CROSTA抓毛剪毛联合生产线、色丁布和天丝/棉混纺爽利格等产品获得“国家流行面料”称号。

    ---本公司大量采用进口染料和助剂，产品符合国际环保要求，已连续荣获瑞士纺织检定有限公司OEKO-TEX　STANDARD　100　质量和环保认定证书。

    公司职工约有720人。公司面向全国招聘各类技术人才，拥有一大批技术水平高，创新意识强的工艺师、工程师。工程技术人员约140人，大中专192人占总人数26.7%（其中本科53人、大专42人、中专97人）。公司工程师以上职称人员有25人。企业整体技术力量位居国内前列。

The company, established in 11, 1992 and located in No.30, Xingqianroad, Jimei District, Xiamen, China, is appraised the garden style company by the city and province with an area of 100000 square meters and the conveniet communication for adjacenting to the national highway of 319 and the railway between Yintan City and Xiamen, closing to China International Garden and Flower Exposition, and 10 kilometers distance from the Xiamen airport and the pier. 

State-owned originally, the company has two stockholders through the stock right being reownershipped and transferred in 9, 2005, which one is the  Xiamen Life Resposibility Co., Ltd holding 60%, the other is Fujian Zhonghe Group Co., Ltd holding 40% of the stock, which successfully listed securities in , 2006.

The company is one of the big-sized enterprises covered the products of the dyeing and printing and finishing weaving fabrics with a turnout of 50 million meters including 100% cotton, t/c, l/c,  tensel and cotton and so on, maily 60% exported to the U.S.A, Europe, Japan and Hongkong. The company is awared one of the fiftieth enterprises as well as the production base on pruducting the brand clothes of inland and Hongkong. The company boasts five complete dyeing-padding production lines and three rotary screen printing production lines equipped with imported advanced machines, such as many sets of computerized bigger-sized jiggers, the Mario Crosta brushing machines from Italy, many sets of Kuster mangles and calenders from Germany, the Morrison preshringkage range from the U.S.A and the Monforts preshingkage range from Germany, the Sun heat-setting ranges from Korea, the Mario Crost raising and shearing machines, and the computered paste measuring and matching systems from Holland. 

The company has the advaced computerized designing system at home and the experience staff to meet the needs of manufacturing high quality printing fabrcs.

Recently, engaged itself into developing new designs in an advanced process and technologies inland the company can produced not only the thinner fabrics of poplin and twill, but the heavier fabrics of denim, canvas and corduroy. 

The core products developed recently in the series of twill, poplin and corduroy has got a good fame in the place of Canton and Hongkong, which awarded “national advanced fabric”by the experts of national dyeing and printing trade association. 

The abrasion fabrics emerized and brushed has the characteristics of good down hair and handle and so on. The fabrics of twill, plain weaving has fineness, narrowing the color difference and stablity preshringkage, which share a prominent place in the fabric markets of Shishi City and Canton City.The fabrics of printing weaving has appraised the excellent fabrics by the chinese dyeing and printing trade association between the years of 2005-2006. The fabrics of shearing and raising are awarded “the national prevailing fabrics”. 

Thanks to adoption of azo-free dyestuffs and auxiliaries, Oeko-tex standard 100 certicate has been certified year by year.
